Upon request, this room can be included in a booking of a holiday apartment for an additional guest.

Guests can use the communal fridge, coffee machine, and kettle in the hallway.

Free wireless internet access is available throughout the entire building.

To secure your booking, please pay a deposit of 30% of the booking amount by bank transfer to our account, at no extra charge.

Once we have received your deposit, your reservation is binding.

PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with § 18 Para. 1 Z. 10 FAGG (Austrian Distance Selling Act), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

The following cancellation rules apply:

Cancellation up to 3 months before arrival	no cancellation fee
Cancellation from 3 months to 1 month before arrival	40 % of booking cost
Cancellation from 1 months to 1 week before arrival	70 % of booking cost
Cancellation during the last week before arrival	90 % of booking cost
Early departure or no-show	100% of booking cost
